Hello Shawn,
I found the course objectives to be very clearly defined. I had no questions about what was expected of me. The outline gave me a guide line to follow. It was very useful.
The textbook was interesting to read and the binder format made it easier to take one chapter at a time with me each week. I feel the evaluation process was extremely fair. The workload was not excessive and I was able to complete all tasks on time. I enjoyed the web-ct postings very much. What a great was to learn from others. I was able to put together a very resourceful binder thanks to all of our handouts from the guest speakers. Assistance was always available at any time. Any questions were answered right away. I enjoyed this course very much. What a great group we had. I am impressed by how much we covered in the social service aspect of the law. I am looking forward to the Law 2 course in the spring. The course objectives were clearly defined. They were simple and detailed. When i was lost or wondering the heck I needed to know, the objectives always put my focus back on.

I appreciated the layout of the curriculum delivery, it helped me be prepared for that class, or to catch up appropriately. The outline was easy to follow.

The reading package was a helpful resource, it was just too huge to carry to class!

I heard a lot of complaints from other students, but I personally found that the evaluation was fair and the workload was very acceptable. I actually expected more work.

I loved the speakers!!! It gave another perspective on the particular topic. I enjoyed Shawn’s delivery of the curriculum, he is a very smart and funny man, which made class more enjoyable! Shawn was very fair in giving opinions and hearing them!

Shawn was more than accommodating for me this semester, I am grateful for his lenience and understanding.

Very enjoyable! I learn best when the teacher is qualified, experienced and passionate about his/her helping skills.
